Stratergy's purpose is to provide early stage development advice to emerging waste and energy technology companies. We draw from a wealth of experience provided by industry executives across a broad network.

Adrian was the Sales and Marketing Director of Recycling Technologies from 2013-2019, and continues as a consultant to the company. His focus was the introduction of RT’s new technology to recycle residual waste plastic into oils and other valuable commodities. He now provides a range of consulting services to clients. He is also a senior partner of Connexxions Brand & Media.

Prior to that he spent 33 years with GE Energy in various roles globaly including; Engineering,Operations, Sales and Regional Management concluding as the Field Marketing Director, Europe.

His experience covers technology evaluation and development including CCGT, Gasification,Distributed CHP, Smart Grids, Solar, Wind, Storage and Transport systems.
